📦 Orders & Shipping

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Please allow 2-5 business day  for processing and production before your order is shipped. We carefully prepare each item to ensure the best quality.


How long does shipping take?

Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as holidays, weather, or carrier issues). While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.


❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.

To cancel, simply email us with the subject line: “CANCEL”

⚠️ If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you made a mistake with your address, please contact us within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation email with the correct details.

We’ll update it right away before your order ships.


📦 Damaged Items

My item arrived damaged

We carefully pack every order, but in rare cases damage can occur during shipping.

If this happens, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

Once we receive this, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
